Terms of Service and Policies

• Shoes being shipped or given to PJ’s CUSTOMz LLC are commissioned to be cleaned/restored/ or customized as agreed upon by both parties.

• All shoes will be completed in a professional manner.

• Not all shoes will yield the same results. Although my goal is to recreate the “brand new” appearance and restore shoes to their original quality, it is important to state that it is not always possible.

• Previous work on any shoes must be disclosed prior to beginning services. An additional fee will be added if the shoes need extra labor due to non disclosed work.

• Full payment is required prior to beginning any work on your items.

• Please DO NOT ship the shoebox or any accessories with the shoes. I am only responsible for the shoes themselves.

• All timelines given on orders are only estimates. Please keep in mind everything is done by hand and with great detail, so turnaround times will

vary. I take pride in my skills and believe in quality over quantity when it comes to my work.

• When ordering custom design shoes, once payment is received and before any work can begin on the CUSTOMz, a 1 on 1 session is required to

discuss what exactly is wanted and expected on your custom pair.

• Any custom ordered designs discussed are solely the idea and blueprint of the CUSTOMz, and it is understood that the actual artwork and products may vary slightly.

• There is a zero-refund policy. My time and labor are limited and are very valuable to me.

• PJ’s CUSTOMSz LLC is not responsible for ANY issues or damage that occur during transit.
